Vaccines
Students in 7th grade are required to have a TDAP and Meningococcal vaccine or a signed exemption on file by October 1st or they will be excluded from school.
Medication Administration at School
The school nurse does not keep over-the-counter medication (Ibuprofen/Tylenol) in the nurse’s office. Students may keep medication such as Ibuprofen or Tylenol in their backpack with a signed medication authorization form. If you wish for your child to carry such medication in their backpack, please fill out the form in the link below and return to the school nurse. Students may also leave over-the-counter medications in student services to be administered by staff (form still needs to be filld out).
