Fairytales & Forever Afters Ball
Special night for fathers, daughters: The BHS Demon Drama Dept. is hosting a Fairytales & Forever Afters Ball for fathers (or uncles, grandfathers, guardians, etc.) and daughters ages 2 to 12.
Saturday, October 12, from 5:30pm-9 pm
Grand march at 6 pm in the Knaak Gym at BHS, 800 N. 8th Street.
Drama students, dressed like princesses, fairies, princes and other special characters, will take pictures with guests and do crafts with the girls. There will be a D.J. playing music and refreshments.
Tickets are limited and are $40 per couple and $10 per additional child and are non-refundable.
Tickets must be purchased in advance at the BHS administrative office Monday-Friday from 7:30-4 pm; use the 7th Street door. For more information, visit BHS Drama.

The Week Of September 16th
Seniors: There will be a cap/gown meeting at 10:30 on Tuesday, September 17th in the Knaak with Jostens. It’s required that all seniors attend this. You will go to your 3rd period and will be released by your teacher at 10:25 to head to the Knaak.
September 19th & 20th Jostens will be in the Foyer from 9-2 helping you with your orders
Elevator Use: If you do not have a medical condition that requires you to use the elevator, you are not allowed on it.
Juniors & Seniors: Listen up Juniors & Seniors because this is extremely important!!! Every Junior and Senior has to have a 2nd dose of MCV4 vaccine. You need to have this done or scheduled to have it done by October 1st!!!! So if you aren’t sure if you’ve had the 2nd dose, ask your parent or see Michelle Schmidt in Student Services.
FCCLA Meeting this Friday (13th) in Room B4 at 7:45 am for those planning on joining FCCLA! Those unable to attend please see Mrs. A. Heaton any time this week!”
Key Club will have its first meeting Wednesday, September 18th in the choir room 7:30 a.m. Key Club is a service club that can help you get volunteer hours. Join us for food, fun, and service!

BHS Volleyball – Rock The Knaak t-shirts are on sale in the Administration office for $10.
Immunization (11th & 12th Graders)
The North Dakota Department of Health School Immunization require a second dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) for students entering eleventh or twelfth grade. This vaccine can be given any time after their 16th birthday. Students who are not up to date by October 1, will be excluded from school and will count as an unexcused absence. Please make sure to take care of this over the summer!
Please schedule an appointment with your child’s health care provider or your local public health department today.

This will be done during students English class. If the student doesn't have an English class they can come either before school, during a free period or during their lunch.

BHS Demon Den
The Demon Den has BHS backpacks and they are amazing!!! Items will be available during upcoming open house nights. Other items we are excited about are the stadium seats and the blankets.
The prices are as follows:

Stadium seats: $45.00 -- These have "Demons" and the demon head logo
School store (The Demon Den) hours are 8:20am -2:30pm. To visit, please check in at the office and you'll be directed to the store location.
The Demon Den has received a lot of new inventory including sweatshirts, hats and t-shirts as well as youth t-shirts. They are ready to help you with your Christmas shopping!
