Any request for schedule adjustments MUST have the below attached form printed out and signed by a parent before coming in.

Immunization (11th & 12th Graders)
The North Dakota Department of Health School Immunization require a second dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) for students entering eleventh or twelfth grade. This vaccine can be given any time after their 16th birthday. Students who are not up to date by October 1, will be excluded from school and will count as an unexcused absence. Please make sure to take care of this over the summer!

The Demon Den (School Store)
School store (The Demon Den) hours are 9:15am -1:40pm. To visit, please check in at the office and you'll be directed to the store location.
The Demon Den has received a lot of new inventory including sweatshirts, hats and t-shirts as well as youth t-shirts. They are ready to help you with your Christmas shopping!
Congratulations Teen of the Year!!
Bismarck High's Naomi Hegwood was selected as MDU/ The Bismarck Tribune Teen of the Year. She war awarded a $5,000 scholarship. MDU Board of Directors, Harry Pearce, a Bismarck native matched the donation bringing her scholarship to $10,000. Naomi will head to Harvard University in the fall to study integrative biology.
BHS had 5 other teens acknowledged this year by MDU and the Bismarck Tribune: Alexandra Kautzman, Nevin Fetzer, Signe Penn, Alexus Anderson, and Christian Walth

Seniors – Please make sure that your bills are paid up!!
If you have a negative balance for lunch, or owe any book bills/parking tickets they have to be paid up by May 21st or you will not be walking at graduation. If you have questions on if you owe anything, please see Charlotte in the Administration office.
Graduating seniors and students leaving the district will lose access to all Google services using their @bspapps.org email address; this includes Docs, Sites, Calendar, YouTube, Gmail and other services tied to their @bpsapps.org email address. For instructions on how to download or transfer your data, please go to the library.

The final due date for all Library materials will be May 15th. Any items that are not returned will be marked as lost and could affect your final test exemption status.
BHS ROCK CONCERT:
When: Tuesday, May 14th at 8 p.m.
Where: Simle Gym (next year in our own auditorium! WOOHOO!)
BHS/LHS French club will meet at Sertoma Park, shelter #10 on Thursday, May 16th after school at 3:45. We will have our annual volleyball/picnic with other language clubs. We will grill hot dogs. Please bring a salad or dessert to share. You need to sign up with your club advisor by Tuesday, May 14. The cost is $1. After this event, French club will meet at BHS room 211 at 7pm to discuss the 2020 trip to France. Please bring a parent.
