EXISTING Transfer Requests:
Students in grades K-5 who have an existing, approved transfer will receive a letter in December regarding the process for next year. They will be notified in April regarding whether their transfer will be granted for another year. There is no need to re-apply. Students on existing transfers will be given preference over students with a new transfer request.
NEW Transfer Requests:
Transfers may be requested through the following process:
- Log in to the Powerschool Parent Portal. If you do not have access to Powerschool, then please contact your school secretary.
- Select the student transfer form. This may be found in the "forms" area, under the "general" category.
- Complete the online form. Please be certain to upload the required documentation.
The deadline to request a transfer for students who will be in grades K-5 in 2025-2026 is Friday, March 7, 2025. Parents will be notified by mail after decisions are made by August 1, 2025. Transfer requests submitted after the deadline will be decided on a case by case basis.
