In order to conduct concussion baseline testing, all football players are asked to download the Sway app before the first practice. It can done done via smartphone or tablet. Click here to download the app.

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE.
