BPS Strategic Plan 2025-2030

The 2025-2030 Strategic Plan is a framework designed to guide district decisions, prioritize actions, and align efforts to serve the students and families of Bismarck.

Some highlights of the new plan include:

• A focus on four areas of excellence: Learning, Personal, Environmental, and Operational
• Clearly defined Drivers of Excellence that organize district work and provide alignment across all departments and schools. The drivers are created to clearly articulate the district's intended goals to all stakeholders.
• Strategic priorities that emphasize student support, educator growth, communication, safety, partnerships, and innovation
• Direct alignment with the district's Coherent Governance model, ensuring actions and reporting stay closely connected to Board Results and Operational Expectations
• A commitment to TRUST and ELEVATE as guiding principles—fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all district work.
