Booster Club Information

Welcome!
Bismarck Public Schools has recently changed some of the regulations surrounding booster programs in our district. In an effort to provide parents and community members with a better understanding of these regulations we have created some informational materials. If you have questions after viewing these, please contact your building principal or athletic director.

General Booster Club Information

Setting up a Booster Account Outside of BPS

BPS allows for activities to have one account housed within the financial structure of the district and one account housed outside of that structure. Groups wishing to establish themselves outside of the district's structure should view the document below.

Financial Reporting

Under the new regulations, each booster group is required to submit a projected budget showing all anticipated expenses and revenue to the building AD or principal at the elementary level at the beginning of the group's year. When the group has wrapped up its activity for the year they are also required to submit a final budget showing all expense and revenue transactions.
