Transportation Registration Form

New Bus Registration:  Students registering for busing will be added to routes within 7 school days. Registration forms received between May 15th – September 15th for the 2026-27 school year may take up to 30 days from the start of school before students can ride. Families will be notified by BPS Transportation via email or phone call when you have been placed on a route. BPS Transportation will contact you if your student is ineligible to ride.

Current Bus Registration:  Your child will NOT automatically continue to receive busing for the upcoming school year. Students will need to be re-registered for the 2026-27 school year by May 15th. If busing is no longer needed, please contact us by  email or call 323-4500 and press 1 for the Transportation Department. If you are new to busing, please register below.

BPS Transportation will email bus route information by August 7th. Email address changes can be made with your local school. If you have moved recently, please notify the Registration Office of the change. You must fill out the  Address Change Form and supply one Primary Proof of Residence to complete the change.

Please note the first day to register for the upcoming school year is February 18th. The last day to register for busing for the current school year is May 8th.

Transportation Communication:  BPS and Harlows now use Stopfinder to communicate all routing assignments, changes and late notices.

Once your student has been assigned to a route, you will receive an email notification from BPS Transportation with the link to install the Stopfinder app via Apple App Store or Google Play Store along with a secure invitation to access your student’s transportation information.
