Facilities Scheduling

Bismarck Public Schools uses an online scheduling software to reserve building space and send invoices.

NEW USERS

Create an on-line account by clicking the Login icon below.
Wait for your approval email (make take 1-3 days to process). Make sure to check your spam/junk mail.
Once approved as a requester, log in to your account to place facilities requests.
If you have waited for more than 3 days, contact the building you reserved directly.
Invoices are emailed the first week of the month for events held the month prior.
Check your Payments History tab within your account for balances.

Important Information

Youth Rec Procedures

Private (not school or Park Board) youth recreational teams that wish to use Bismarck Public School facilities for practice will be required to pay according to the Facilities Rental Fees.
Practices are restricted to a maximum length of 1 hour.
Teams will not be allowed to book more than one hour at a time under this rate. Requests scheduled for more than one hour will be adjusted down to one hour.
There will be a $10 fee for any cancelled practices.
Youth recreation groups can start scheduling practices on August 25 for the period of September 1 – December 31 and on December 15 for the period of January 1 – August 31.
Requests can be no less than 3 school days and no more than 3 months in advance.

Paying Invoices with MyPayments+ - you will not see your invoices in your MP+ account. You will need to enter that information manually.
