The new school year will be here before you know it, and the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) would like to remind parents to make sure their children are up to date on immunizations. Click the headline for more information.
The high schools don't have school supply lists. On the first day, students should bring notebooks, pens, and pencils. Each teacher will tell the students if they need something specific for that class.

Wachter, Monday, Aug. 12 -6th graders with last name M-Z & new BPS 7th & 8th grade students, 8-10 am. -6th graders with last name A-L, 1-3 pm.

Aug. 12 School Board Meeting
The Bismarck School Board will meet at 5:15 pm at the City-County Building at 221 N. 5th Street. The public is invited to attend the meeting or watch it LIVE on cable channel 2.

Mark your calendars for Fill the Bus on Thurs., Aug. 15, 6 am-6 pm, at Red Carpet Car Washes by Century High or Washington Street & Expressway. Drop off new school supplies or donations to buy supplies for kids in need!

Parents who are in need of school supplies for their children should contact their children’s schools in mid-August with the grade levels of each child and when they can pick up the materials, which will typically be on the first day of school.
