Library Media Graduate Level coursework online from Valley City State University to obtain or upgrade library media certification. The grant from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) provides support for tuition and fees for up to 21 LMIS graduate credits per student. Priority for these Tuition Support Awards is given to individuals enrolled in the VCSU Master of Education program.

Teacher Visitation Program (pdf document)

The teacher visitation program invites teachers from membership schools to visit another classroom teacher for professional staff development. The Teacher Center will reimburse school districts for the cost of a substitute teacher.

Funds are provided for eight visitations per year. Applications are accepted on a first come/first served basis.

Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) Explore Your Watershed (link)

A supplemental and interdisciplinary water science and water education program for educators of K-12 students.
Goal: To faciliate and promote the learning, awareness, appreciation, knowledge, exploration and stewardship of ND's water resources and how water interacts with both the human and natural environments.
Credit: 1 - 3 graduate credit workshops, noncredit workshops, & programs.
