Transportation Information
Bismarck Public Schools provides free transportation for preschool children, some special education students, and youth who live outside of the city limits. There is also private, fee-based busing to some schools. Classroom teachers occasionally schedule field trips as part of the learning experience. Buses for field trips are scheduled according to availability. If the transportation office cannot provide a bus for a field trip, parents are usually asked to drive. The school district provides transportation for out-of-town extracurricular activities. For transportation information, call (701) 323-4502.
