Coach Lemar
Head Coach Jerald Lemar
Coach Lemar has been involved with the sport of wrestling since he was four years old (as a competitor and a coach). Through the years, Coach Lemar has had the opportunities to coach the sport of wrestling at the High School level and at the National level. He is married to Amanda Lemar, also an educator within the Bismarck Public Schools. They have two children, Lincoln Jon Lemar and Cael Kenneth Lemar. Coach Lemar is a native of Rugby, ND. He was very active in athletics, participating in football, wrestling, track and baseball. He was 3x All-Conference and an All-State football player for the Panthers. He also was a state champion wrestler for the Panthers, capturing the 171 pound title in 1998. People of Inspiration: My Family, Friends, and Mentors. Favorite Sports Teams: NFL-Minnesota Vikings; NCAA Football-Tennessee Volunteers/UND Sioux; NCAA Wrestling-Iowa Hawkeyes; MLB-Minnesota Twins. He is still an avid participator in the athletic world.

Assistant Coach Travis Rau
Travis is entering his 10th season as a wrestling coach for Century High School. He was an assistant coach in 2001, when Century captured the Class A team individual wrestling title. Travis has also been a coach for 2 years with the ND Stars wrestling team that completed in the AAU Disney Duals in Orlando, FL. Travis has also helped organize and coach the ND Stars & Stripes wrestling team for the past 6 years that competes in the AAU Middle School National Duals in Indianola, IA.

Travis has been employed as a Youth Worker for the past 11 years with the Police Youth Bureau, a diversion program within the Bismarck Police Department. Travis graduated from Napoleon High School in 1991. While in high school, Travis was active in football and wrestling. Travis was a three-time state placer, which included winning the #152 state championship in 1990, and was a member of two Class B team state championships for Napoleon in 1989 and 1990.

He attended the University of Mary and graduated in 1996 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Social Work and Social & Behavioral Sciences. While attending the University of Mary, Travis was a member of the football and wrestling teams. While wrestling, Travis was a multiple time national qualifier for the Marauders.

Travis was recently married Melody in May 2008.
